5. קביעת מועד ומקום הדיון
היושב ראש יקבע את המועד והמקום שבו תדון הועדה בבקשה ויודיע על כך לנכה באמצעות הרשות המוסמכת לפחות שבעה ימים לפני המועד האמור.
