6. זכות ערעור
הרואה עצמו נפגע על ידי החלטת ועדה רפואית (להלן – המערער), רשאי, תוך שלושים יום מיום קבלת ההודעה על ההחלטה לפי תקנות נכי המלחמה בנאצים (ועדה רפואית), תשט״ו–1954, להגיש ערעור לועדה.
