1. המועד להגשת ערעור
ערעור על החלטת ועדת ערעור יוגש תוך שלושים יום מיום קריאת ההחלטה עם נימוקיה אם נקראה בפני המערער או בא כוחו, או תוך שלושים יום מהיום שבו נמסר למערער העתק ההחלטה אם נקראה שלא בפניו.
