8. תשלום למעבידים
שולם לפי חוק הביטוח הלאומי תגמול לפי הכנסה בידי מעביד לעובדו והמוסד לביטוח לאומי מחזיר לו את סכום התגמולים לאחר שחלפו חדשיים מהיום הראשון בחודש שבו הגיש המעביד למוסד תביעה להחזר התגמולים, יוחזר סכום התגמולים בצירוף תוספת לפי שיעור עליית המדד הקובע לעומת המדד הבסיסי בחודש שבו הוגשה התביעה למוסד.
