11. מסירת תיק הרשות המוסמכת
(א)הרשות המוסמכת תמסור לועדה תוך המועד שנקבע להגשת התשובה את התיק הכולל את בקשת העורר שהוגשה לה ואת כל המסמכים וחומר הראיות שהיו בפניה, לרבות פרוטוקולים של העדויות שהושמעו בפניה וששימשו יסוד להחלטתה (להלן – התיק).
(ב)הרשות המוסמכת תמסור לועדה את התיק בין אם הגישה תשובה לפי תקנה 8 ובין אם לא הגישה.
