18. הגשת רשימת שאלות
תיקון: תשל״ו
(א)רצה העורר לחקור אדם שהעיד בפני הרשות המוסמכת, הן בכתב והן בעל־פה, בענין נושא הערר, ושלא היה עד של העורר, יגיש לועדה בשני עתקים רשימת השאלות שברצונו לשאול אותו אדם (להלן – רשימת השאלות) שבעה ימים לפחות לפני המועד לשמיעת הערר.
(ב)יושב ראש הועדה ישלח העתק אחד של רשימת השאלות לרשות המוסמכת.
(ג)הוראות תקנה 14 יחולו על רשימת השאלות, בשינויים המחוייבים.
