2. התיחסות למהות הערר (לענין סעיף 17)
תיקון: תשנ״ט
(א)הרואה עצמו נפגע על ידי החלטת הרשות המוסמכת רשאי לערור עליה לפני הועדה בתוך שלושים ימים מיום שהגיעה אליו ההודעה על החלטת הרשות המוסמכת; אולם רשאית הועדה להאריך לו את מועד הערר לתקופה נוספת שלא תעלה על ארבעה עשר יום.
(ב)העורר ימסור לועדה או ישלח בדואר רשום לפי מענה שפורסם ברשומות, את כתב הערר בשני עתקים.
(ג)היה מענה של הועדה בית משפט, יימסר כתב הערר כאמור במשרד הרישום של אותו בית משפט.
