22. פקדון לכיסוי הוצאות העדות
יושב ראש הועדה רשאי להתנות את הוצאת ההזמנה כאמור בתקנה 20 בהפקדת סכום לכיסוי ההוצאות של הזמנת העד, לרבות שכר הבטלה שייפסק לזכותו, בשיעור שיקבע יושב ראש הועדה ושלא יעלה על שיעור שכר הבטלה שבית משפט היה רשאי לפסוק לזכותו של העד אילו הוזמן להתייצב בפניו בהליכים אזרחיים; יושב ראש הועדה רשאי גם להתנות את ההזמנה במתן ערובה לתשלום ההוצאות כאמור, כפי שנראה לו סביר בנסיבות הענין.
