36. פרטים נוספים וראיות נוספות
תיקון: תשל״ו
(א)הועדה רשאית להורות על הגשת פרטים נוספים והמצאת ראיות נוספות בכל ענין הנזכר בכתב הערר, בכתב התשובה או בהחלטה שעוררים עליה או ביחס לכל נימוק שהועדה החליטה להיזקק לו כאמור בתקנה 35.
(ב)סמכויות הועדה לפי תקנה זו ניתנות גם ליושב ראש שלה.
