בתוקף סמכותי לפי סעיף 4 לחוק הפיקוח על מצרכים ושירותים, תשי״ח–1957, אני מכריז לאמור:
1. אכרזה על שירות בר־פיקוח
הסעת נוסעים בשכר בכלי שיט שתפוסתו ברוטו עד 100 טון מוכרזת כשירות בר־פיקוח.
2. השם
לאכרזה זו ייקרא ”אכרזת הפיקוח על מצרכים ושירותים (הסעת נוסעים בכלי שיט קטנים), תשל״ב–1972“.
