בתוקף סמכותי לפי סעיף 4(א) לחוק הפיקוח על מצרכים ושירותים, התשי״ח–1957, אני מכריז לאמור:
1. אכרזה על מצרכים ושירותים בני פיקוח
בפרק זמן תקפו של חוק הפיקוח על מצרכים ושירותים (יציבות מחירים – הוראת שעה), התשמ״ה–1985, יהיה כל מצרך מצרך בר פיקוח וכל שירות שירות בר פיקוח.
2. שמירת דינים
אין אכרזה זו באה לגרוע מאכרזות אחרות שבתוקף.
