השר להגנת הסביבה יגיש לוועדת הפנים והגנת הסביבה של הכנסת, אחת לשנה, דין וחשבון על תעודות היתר שניתנו לפי תקנות אלה, אשר יכלול, בין השאר, דיווח על פסולת החומרים המסוכנים שיובאה או שיוצאה, סוגה, כמותה ופעולות ההשבה שבוצעו בפסולת שיובאה כאמור.
