11. הצגת תעריפי שכר שירותי אחזקה
(א)נותן שירות מוסמך יציג תמיד, במקום הנראה לעין, את שיעור השכר המרבי בעד שירותי אחזקה בהתאם לשכר שנקבע כאמור בסעיף 8.
(ב)שיעור השכר שיוצג כאמור, יהיה בספרות ברורות ונותן השירות המוסמך יציין כי השכר כאמור כולל מס ערך מוסף.
