2. תנאים למכירת מונה
לא ימכור אדם מונה ולא יעבירו לאחר בכל דרך שהיא, אלא אם כן הוא מוכר מוסמך, או שהוא בעל מונית המעביר את המונית עם המונה לאחר ויש לו תעודת אחריות תקפה לגבי המונה.
