3. בדיקות
(א)הרשות רשאית להורות למוכר מוסמך, לנותן שירות מוסמך ולבעל מונית להעמיד מונה לבדיקה במועד, במקום ובדרך שהיא תקבע.
(ב)קיבל מוכר מוסמך, נותן שירות מוסמך או בעל מונית הוראה כאמור בסעיף קטן (א), יעמיד את המונה לבדיקה כאמור וימציא לרשות את תוצאות הבדיקה במועד שנקבע בהוראה.
