4. התקנה ומתן שירות
לא יתקין אדם ולא ירכיב מונה במונית, לא יבצע ולא ירשה לאחר לבצע במונה שירותי אחזקה, אלא אם כן הוא נותן שירות מוסמך והמונה הוא מסוג שאישרה הרשות.
