בתוקף סמכותי לפי סעיף 4 לחוק הפיקוח על מצרכים ושירותים, התשי״ח–1957, אני מכריז לאמור:
1. הגדרות
באכרזה זו –
”הובלה“ – הובלת מטענים ברכב, בין נוזלים ובין מוצקים ולרבות בתפזורת, בין בשכר ובין בקשר עם עסקו או מסחרו של המוביל;
”רכב“ – כמשמעותו בפקודת התעבורה.
2. אכרזה על שירות בר פיקוח
שירות הובלה מוכרז כשירות בר פיקוח.
