1. הגבלת שכר טרחה
תיקון: תשע״א
(א)מכסימום שכר הטרחה שמותר לקבל בעד טיפול בתביעה, כשהשכר מותנה בתוצאות, הוא 8% מסך כל התגמולים לתקופה של חמש שנים, לפי שיעורם ביום החלטת הרשות המוסמכת.
(ב)בצו זה, ”תביעה“ – לרבות ערר וערעור.
