על אף האמור בסעיף 1, מקסימום שכר הטרחה שמותר לקבל בעד טיפול בתביעה להכרה באדם כנכה רדיפות הנאצים, כשהשכר מותנה בתוצאות, הוא 7,013 שקלים חדשים (נכון לשנת 2014; בשנת 2023, 7,539 ש״ח); בסעיף זה, ”תביעה להכרה באדם כנכה רדיפות הנאצים“ – לרבות בקשה להכרה בנכות של 25%.
