The source says: חוק עדכון סכומי תגמולים לנכי רדיפות הנאצים ולנכי המלחמה בנאצים וביטול המרת תגמולים (תיקוני חקיקה), התשפ״ד–2024 החליף את סעיף 4ה לחוק נכי רדיפות הנאצים, תשי״ז–1957, ולפיכך הוראות צו זה אינן תקפות עוד.
2. תוספת לתגמול
עלה בחודש מסוים הסכום הקובע, לגבי דרגת נכות מסוימת, על סכום התגמול לגבי אותה דרגת נכות, ייווסף ההפרש לסכום התגמול.
