5. בקשת רשיונות
כל המבקש רשיון עפ״י תקנות אלה או רשיון למפעל המשתמש במכונות המונעות בכוח ואותו מפעל הוא נגריה או בית נסירה, יפרט בבקשתו את הכמות המכסימלית של עצים שברצונו להחסין ויצרף אליה תרשים המראה את צורתו ואת מקומו של הבנין שהוא מבקש בעדו רשיון.
