הרשות למתן רשיונות לא תתן רשיון לשום מחסן עצים אלא אם כן קבלה תחילה אישור בכתב מאת פקיד המורשה כהלכה מטעם מנהל משרד הבריאות [במקור: מנהל מחלקת הבריאות] עפ״י סעיף 6 מפקודת סדור המלאכות והתעשיות, 1927.
