1. הגדרות
באכרזה זו –
”רכב“ – כמשמעותו בפקודת התעבורה;
”מכלית“ – מכל או מכלית שקיבולם מעל 3000 ליטר;
”דלק“ – נפט גלמי וכן מצרכים שהופקו ממנו על ידי זיקוק;
”הובלת דלק“ – הובלת דלק או מוצרי דלק, או מוצרי גז מכל סוג וכל נוזל לקיח אחר, במכלית, בין אם המכלית מחוברת לרכב דרך קבע, בין אם היא מונחת על הרכב ובין בדרך אחרת.
