1. הגדרות
באכרזה זו –
”גרירה“ – העברת רכב מנועי על ידי משיכתו באמצעות רכב אחר כאשר הרכב הגורר אינו שולט בהיגוי הרכב הנגרר;
”גרירה נשלטת“ – העברת רכב מנועי המאפשרת שליטת הרכב הגורר ברכב הנגרר;
”חילוץ“ – כל הפעולות הקשורות בחילוץ רכב או בהבאתו למצב של גרירה או גרירה נשלטת;
”רכב“ ו”רכב מנועי“ – כמשמעותם בפקודת התעבורה;
”שירות“ – כל פעולה הנעשית בשכר לצורך חילוץ, גרירה או גרירה נשלטת של רכב מנועי.
