בתוקף סמכותי לפי סעיף 111א(1) לחוק הדואר, התשמ״ו–1986, אני מתקין תקנות אלה:
1. קביעת מועד
החל ביום א׳ אדר התשס״ו (1 במרס 2006), כל עובד רשות הדואר, שנקבע בהסכם להעברת עובדים לחברה, יהיה עובד חברת דואר ישראל בע״מ.
