12. הוצאות הבקשה
(א)הועדה תפסוק לפי שיקול דעתה אם יש להטיל את הוצאות הבקשה לרבות שכר עורך דין, הוצאות נסיעה ושכר בטלה של עדים ועל מי יש להטילן.
(ב)הועדה רשאית, לפי ראות עיניה, לפסוק לטובת אחד הצדדים את תשלום הוצאותיהם של בקשה מיוחדת או בירור משפטי מיוחד והחלטה זו לא תהא נפגעת על ידי כל החלטה שתינתן לאחר כך ביחס להוצאות.
