13. אי הופעה בשעת הבירור
(א)לא הופיע שום צד ביום שנקבע לבירור או לבירור הנדחה, אף שקיבלו הודעה כדין, רשאית הועדה לדחות את הישיבה או לבטל את הבקשה.
(ב)הופיע המבקש ביום הבירור כאמור והמשיב, שקיבל הודעה כדין, לא הופיע, רשאית הועדה לדון בבקשה ולתת החלטה.
(ג)הופיע המשיב ביום הבירור כאמור והמבקש, שקיבל הודעה כדין, לא הופיע, רשאית הועדה לבטל את הבקשה.
