בתקנות אלה –
”ועדת המשמעת“ או ”הוועדה“ – הוועדה שמונתה לפי סעיף 28 לחוק;
”נקבל“ – כמשמעו בסעיף 36 לחוק;
”תובע“ – תובע כאמור בסעיף 34 לחוק.
