12. חדר אוכל
(א)בחדר אוכל יוקצה שטח של 1.5 מטר לפחות לכל סועד; השולחנות יהיו מצופים חומר הניתן לשטיפה ויהיו מיועדים לששה סועדים לכל היותר; לכל סועד יהיה מקום ישיבה נפרד.
(ב)בקרבת חדר האוכל יימצאו כיורים לרחיצת ידיים וחדרי נוחיות ולידם מיתקן עם מגבת לניגוב ידיים.
