13. מטבח
(א)שטח המטבח במוסד יהיה כמפורט להלן:

| 51 עד 100 | 40 |
(ב)קירות המטבח יהיו מצופים עד לגובה 1.5 מטר בחומר המאפשר שטיפתם; במטבח יותקנו כיורים וברזים לאספקת מים חמים וקרים.
