2. יצוא לפי היתר
תיקון: תשנ״ד
(א)לא ייצא קבלן מורשה חומר רביה אלא לפי היתר מטעם המועצה, ובהתאם לתנאים ולהגבלות שנקבעו בו.
(ב)המועצה רשאית להוציא היתר למשלוח מסויים, לסידרת משלוחים ולכמות כוללת לגבי תקופה מסויימת.
