Section 7 of תקנות הרוקחים (מכירה של תכשיר בלא מרשם שלא בבית מרקחת או שלא בידי רוקח), התשס״ה–2004, דלתות וחלונות.
7. דלתות וחלונות
(א)דלתות וחלונות של בית העסק האחר יהיו –
(1)נקיים, שלמים ותקינים וניתנים לרחיצה;
(2)ניתנים לאטימה ועשויים חומר עמיד בפני אש ורטיבות.
(ב)בעת שהעסק האחר סגור ללקוחות, יינעלו כל הדלתות שבעסק, פרט לדלת היציאה, גם מבפנים.
(ג)לפי דרישת הרוקח המחוזי יותקנו אמצעים למניעת חדירת זבובים או חרקים או מעופפים אחרים לתחום העסק האחר.
