Section 8 of תקנות הרוקחים (מכירה של תכשיר בלא מרשם שלא בבית מרקחת או שלא בידי רוקח), התשס״ה–2004, החזקת התכשירים.
8. החזקת התכשירים
(א)משטחי האחסון שבהם מוחזקים תכשירים בלא מרשם יהיו –
(1)מחומר חלק, קל לניקוי ובלתי חדיר לנוזלים ושומנים;
(2)שלמים ותקינים באופן שלא יפגום באיכות התכשירים ויסכן חיי אדם ובריאותו.
(ב)כל התכשירים בלא מרשם יוחזקו בחלוקה לקבוצות, בהתאם להתווייתם, כפי שיקבע המנהל.
(ג)תכשירים בלא מרשם שאושרו למכירה שלא בידי רוקח, יוצגו במשטחי האחסון בנפרד, באופן הנגיש לצרכן, ובגובה שלא יפחת מ־120 סנטימטרים מעל פני הרצפה.
