בתקנות אלה –
”טרקטור משא“ ו”טרקטורון“ – כהגדרתם בתקנות התעבורה;
”מוצר תעבורה“, לעניין ייצור, ייבוא או סחר – כהגדרתו בסעיף 96 לחוק, לפי העניין;
”מפעל ייצור“ – מקום שמיוצרים בו מוצרי תעבורה;
”רכב שטח“ – כהגדרתו בתקנות התעבורה;
”תקנות התעבורה“ – תקנות התעבורה, התשכ״א–1961.
