10א. פרטים בחשבונית לעניין אחריות למוצר תעבורה – בעל רישיון לסחר במוצרי תעבורה
תיקון: תשפ״ה
חשבונית שבעל רישיון לסחר במוצרי תעבורה רשאי לתת באמצעותה אחריות למוצר תעבורה, כאמור בסעיף 119(ב)(3) לחוק, תכלול פירוט בדבר כל אלה, תחת הכותרת ”תנאי האחריות“, באותיות מודגשות ובהגדלה:
(1)תנאי האחריות החלים על המוצר, כאמור בסעיף 119 לחוק;
(2)המקום שבו יהיה ניתן לקבל את שירותי מימוש האחריות.
