7. סוגים של מוצרי תעבורה משומשים המותרים לייבוא לפי רישיון מאת הרשות המוסמכת לייבוא
הרשות המוסמכת לייבוא רשאית לתת רישיון לייבוא מוצרי תעבורה משומשים, כאמור בסעיף 114(ב)(2) לחוק, לגבי מוצרי תעבורה מהסוגים המפורטים בתוספת השלישית; לעניין זה, ”מוצר תעבורה“ – כהגדרתו בסעיף 114(ג) לחוק.
