1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”בחינה“ – בחינת רישוי ברוקחות שנקבעה לפי סעיף 3(ב) לפקודה;
”ועדת הבחינה“ – ועדה שמינה המנהל לפי תקנה 9;
”ועדה מייעצת“ – כמשמעותה בתקנה 11 לתקנות הרוקחים;
”ועדת ערר“ – ועדת שמינה המנהל לפי תקנה 14(ג).
