6. סייג
לא נמצאו בצוות בית־החולים שני רופאים פתולוגים בכירים, כאמור בתקנה 5(1)(א), רשאי המנהל למנות, באישור המנהל הכללי, רופא פתולוג שני אף שאיננו בכיר, מתוך צוות בית־החולים, או רופא פתולוג בכיר שני שלא מתוך צוות בית־החולים.
