Section 7 of תקנות בריאות העם (כריתת איבר וטיפול בהקרנות לאור ממצאי בדיקה פתולוגית בלבד), התשמ״א–1981, סדרי עבודת הועדה ודיוניה.
7. סדרי עבודת הועדה ודיוניה
(א)הועדה תקבע את סדרי עבודתה ודיוניה.
(ב)ארבעה מחברי הועדה יהוו קוורום לדיון בתנאי ששניים מהם לפחות יהיו פתולוגים.
(ג)הועדה תנהל פרוטוקול על דיוניה ותחתום עליו.
(ד)העתק מכל פרוטוקול יועבר למנהל.
(ה)הפרוטוקולים יישמרו בבית החולים למשך תקופה של 5 שנים לפחות מיום חתימתם.
