5. ענין אישי
(א)לא יהיה לחבר הכנסת במילוי תפקידו ענין אישי, ולא יהיה ניגוד ענינים בין מילוי תפקידו כחבר הכנסת לבין ענינו האישי.
(ב)חבר הכנסת לא ייזום דבר שיש לו בו ענין אישי ולא יהיה שותף ליוזמה כזו.
