6. גילוי
היה לחבר הכנסת ענין אישי בדיון או בהצבעה, בכנסת או בועדותיה, יודיע על כך, מיד, לועדת האתיקה וכן ליושב ראש הכנסת או ליושב ראש הועדה, לפי הענין; חבר הכנסת כאמור לא ייזום, בין במישרין ובין בעקיפין, הצעה כלשהי באותו נושא, ולא ישתתף בדיון בו, אלא לאחר שהודיע, בכנסת או בועדה, לפי הענין, במעמד הדיון, על ענינו האישי; היה הדיון בועדה – לא ישתתף חבר הכנסת בהצבעה על אותו נושא.
