12. פרוטוקול
(א)המזכיר או מי שהוא מינה לכך, ינהל פרוטוקול של עיקרי הדיון; הפרוטוקול ייחתם ביד יושב ראש הוועדה.
(ב)העתק הפרוטוקול יועבר למתנגד סמוך לאחר חתימתו.
