13. נוכחות חברי הוועדה בדיונים בנושא התנגדויות
דיון בוועדה בנושא התנגדות לא יתקיים, אלא אם כן נכחו בו לפחות שליש מחברי הוועדה, שלפחות אחד מהם הוא חבר הוועדה הקבוע בסעיף 2א(א)(11) או בסעיף 2א(א)(12) לפקודה.
