7. זימון לדיון בהשגה
(א)הוועדה תקיים דיון בהשגה לא יאוחר מארבעים וחמישה ימים מיום הגשת התשובה מטעם המשיבה, אם הוגשה, או מיום שנקבע להגשתה, לפי המוקדם.
(ב)המזכיר ישלח לבעלי הדין הזמנות לדיון בהשגה 14 ימים לפחות לפני המועד שנקבע לדיון; הזמנה כאמור יכול שתיעשה גם באמצעות טלפון, פקסימילה או דואר אלקטרוני.
