2. זכאות להשתתפות בהוצאות משפטיות
חבר הכנסת זכאי לקבל מן הכנסת השתתפות בהוצאות משפטיות על פי החלטת ועדה ציבורית שהוקמה מכוח סעיף 10א לחוק החסינות.
