3. היטלים
המועצה רשאית להטיל על יצרנים ויצואנים מוסמכים היטלים על כל מוצרי פרי הדר שייצרו או שיווקו או על מוצרים מסוימים מהם ולקבוע מועדים ודרכים לתשלום ההיטלים.
