Section 2 of צו המועצות למוצרי פירות וירקות (ייצור וייצוא) (כינון מועצה למוצרי פרי הדר), התשע״א–2011, כללי המועצה.
2. כללי המועצה
(א)המועצה רשאית לקבוע כללים שתכליתם להסדיר את הייצור והייצוא של מוצרי פרי הדר לפי הסוג, המין או כל בחינה אחרת, ואת דרכי היצוא ותנאיו.
(ב)לתכלית האמורה בסעיף קטן (א) רשאית המועצה לקבוע כללים בכל הנושאים המפורטים בסעיף 22(א) לחוק.
