7. היעדרותו של פעוט מההסעה
(א)לא הגיע למעון היום השיקומי בהסעה פעוט עם מוגבלות שאמור להימצא בה, ולא נמסרה למעון היום השיקומי הודעה מראש על היעדרותו, יודיע איש צוות ממעון היום השיקומי על כך לאחראי על הפעוט סמוך ככל האפשר למועד הגעת ההסעה ויתעד את השיחה.
(ב)נודע לאיש צוות מעון היום השיקומי על תקלה בהסעה או הפרה של התקנות, ידווח למנהל מעון היום השיקומי והמנהל ידווח לממונה ולמפקח.
