מי שהגיע אליו מידע על פעוט עקב מילוי תפקיד שהוטל עליו לפי חוק זה [צ״ל: תקנות אלה], חובה עליו לשמרו בסוד ואינו רשאי לגלותו אלא כדין ולצורך ביצוע תפקידו.
