9. תחילה והוראת מעבר
תחילתן של תקנות אלה 30 ימים מיום פרסומן (להלן – יום התחילה), ואולם לגבי רשות מקומית שביום פרסומן של תקנות אלה היתה לה התקשרות תקפה עם נותני שירות לביצוע הסעת פעוטות עם מוגבלות וליווים שתוקפה עד לאחר יום התחילה, תהיה תחילתן של תקנות אלה ביום סיום ההתקשרות או 90 ימים מיום פרסומן של תקנות אלה, המוקדם מביניהם.
